As Director of Operations at TFA, I have my hands in just about everything, especially the management of our technology platforms and software, and the creation and maintenance of our internal processes and procedures.

My motivation

I enjoy streamlining work processes, ensuring everyone handles tasks in the same manner while maintaining compliance.

My life outside of TFA

My family is my motivational team, and my pets keep me entertained. I also enjoy reading, camping, and anything outdoors.
