My role at TFA
As TFA’s COO, I serve on our Leadership Team and provide oversight for the firm’s day-to-day operations. My primary responsibility is making TFA’s long-term strategic vision a reality through coordinating cross-departmental projects, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that are hindering progress, and overseeing management and accountability duties for members of the Leadership Team.
My motivation
I’m a lifelong learner driven by a desire for continued personal and professional growth. Being part of a dynamic firm like TFA allows me to continue growing and evolving to meet the changing needs of the firm, our team members, and our industry. Working with an amazing team of individuals in a relaxed, yet professional environment makes coming to work every day a pleasure.
My life outside of TFA
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time in Greensboro with my wife, Lauren, and our two children, Lachlan and Nora. With any time left over, my hobbies include reading, hiking, and traveling.
