Greensboro, NC, 10/3/2017 –Greensboro College (Certification Development and Innovative Programs) is sponsoring a retirement planning course. Retirement 101 was created by financial, tax and legal professionals to provide an impactful and objective educational experience for individuals seeking to better understand their financial situation and options. Students (pre- or post-retirees) learn key terms, strategies and concepts to help achieve a successful retirement.

Retirement 101 is a thought- provoking, purpose-driven community financial education course taught over multiple sessions.

Patrick Rush, CFP® is the instructor for Retirement 101. Mr. Rush brings almost 20 years of experience as a financial educator and professional. He is the CEO of Triad Financial Advisors (TFA), a nationally recognized Registered Investment Advisor located in Greensboro since 1982. Registration is now open. The course fee is $79 and includes a copy of the Retirement 101 textbook. A spouse or guest may attend at no additional charge. The first class runs consecutive Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m., October 25, November 1 and November 8.
